Job description

Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of pasteurisers, pipes, tanks, and related equipment.
Execute Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and manual cleaning processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and in correct concentrations.
Inspect equipment before and after cleaning to verify hygiene standards are achieved.
Record and report cleaning activities, chemical usage, and any abnormalities.
Identify and report faults, leaks, or equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors.
Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Support production teams to ensure minimal disruption during cleaning schedules.
Participate in audits and assist with compliance requirements.
