Job description
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual to join our superb team of OPS Fleet Controllers.
Our OPS Fleet Controllers are very involved with the day-to-day operations and work hand in hand with the drivers to ensure that they are well equipped to give our customers the best service.
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a general administrative role
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Fleet Controller (A Must)
- Experience working at a logistics company

What you will be responsible for:
- Communicating daily with drivers
- Planning and problem solving to best assist operations
- Live tracking of drivers
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies and procedures
- Truck and equipment inspections
- Complete internal insurance procedure for all accidents and incidents
- Maintain good recording keeping of drivers information
- General administrative duties

- Matric certificate
- Good all-round knowledge and experience of general administrative duties
- Good understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Ability to work as a team
- Working times: 07:00 – 17:00
Only for candidate currently residing in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) or the surrounding area.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
