About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical Human Capital professional who is passionate about organisational development, talent management and achieving practical business impact.

The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across VKB Group to strengthen organisational capability, support the development of current and future talent, and translate people strategies into practical and measurable solutions.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Drive organisational development and talent management initiatives across VKB Group.
• Support succession planning, career pathing and scarce skills management.
• Coordinate performance management and talent review processes.
• Identify organisational and capability gaps and recommend appropriate development and organisational effectiveness solutions.
• Support coaching, mentoring and leadership development initiatives.
• Analyse talent data and provide meaningful insights to support business and talent decisions.
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support the implementation of practical talent and organisational development solutions that strengthen business capability.

What We Are Looking For

• A relevant Honours degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field.
• Three to five years’ relevant experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Learning and Development, or Performance Management.
• A strong understanding of organisational development, succession planning, talent development and workforce capability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and organisational consulting skills.
• Strong analytical, project management and implementation capabilities.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English.

Advantageous

• A relevant Master’s degree.
• Registration as an Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist.
• Experience within a complex or multi-site business environment.
• Exposure to talent analytics, Human Capital systems and leadership development programmes.
