Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an initial project briefing and stakeholder engagement session.
  • Assist with the design and development of a staff satisfaction survey.
  • Develop appropriate survey questions addressing employee satisfaction, workplace experience and organisational environment.
  • Ensure that the survey methodology promotes confidentiality, anonymity and honest employee participation.
  • Review and interpret staff survey results.
  • Identify key organisational themes, challenges and areas requiring improvement.
  • Design a structured workshop programme informed by the staff survey findings.
  • Facilitate inclusive and participatory staff workshop sessions.
  • Facilitate discussions relating to workforce planning, workflow improvement, organisational culture and employee engagement.
  • Create an environment that promotes psychological safety and constructive dialogue.
  • Facilitate the co-creation of practical organisational solutions and action areas.
  • Consolidate workshop discussions and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of a comprehensive outcomes report and proposed action plan.
  • Participate in a post-project debrief with the project team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years or more relevant experience in professional workshop facilitation, organisational development, employee engagement or related assignments.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops within the arts, culture, performing arts, creative or arts-education sector.
  • Experience facilitating organisational strategy, organisational design, staff engagement or workforce-related workshops.
  • Experience conducting or supporting employee/staff satisfaction surveys, organisational climate surveys, culture surveys or similar assessments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and group facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating engagements involving executives, management and general employees.
  • Excellent report-writing, analysis, presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates holding a:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management;
  • Organisational Development / Organisational Design;
  • Business or Organisational Strategy;
  • Industrial / Organisational Psychology;

Pay: R7 500,00 - R30 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
