Role Purpose Facilitate and implement organisational development solutions that increase the effectiveness of the business and enable employee engagement to

empower the business to achieve its objectives

Requirements

  • Honours degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology.

  • Registered psychometrist (Independent Practice).

  • Registered Industrial Psychologist (preferred).

  • 3-5 years organisational effectiveness experience within financial services healthcare environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and deliver value-adding organisational effectiveness interventions to address organisational development gaps in line with Momentum Metropolitan Holdings frameworks.

  • Provide business leadership with support aligned to culture and leadership framework

  • Run and implement projects according to business needs and objectives.

  • Conduct research to drive best practices in the fields of organisational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the Human Capital team to facilitate and deliver value-adding organisation development programs and interventions to address organisational development gaps in line with Momentum Metropolitan Holdings frameworks.

  • Partner with the Human Capital team in initiating and improving the effective delivery of Human Capital Management solutions, while integrating and sharing best practices.

  • Use psychometric assessments to inform interventions to build an effective organisation and teams.

  • Use psychometric assessments to guide career progression engagements with leaders and employees to identify, deploy,motivate and energise talent.

  • Implement talent management interventions to build a sustainable pipeline to increase the size and competence of the succession pool at all critical levels within the organisation in order to ensure long-term strategy and the agility of the business to respond to the market and competitors.

  • Facilitate organisational effectiveness interventions to effectively manage conflict, build teams, create change agility and build a culture that aligns with business values.

  • Coach, advise, and provide tools to leaders to successfully lead change in their environment.

  • Facilitate interventions that build an innovative, collaborative, and client-centric culture that supports business values.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement leadership development interventions in line with the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings leadership framework.

  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders by initiating and maintaining regular interactions.

  • Facilitate team effectiveness interventions in order to increase collaboration, productivity, and work satisfaction.

  • Act as trusted coach and advisor to leaders and employees in the business on organisation development-related issues.

  • Effectively use diagnostic tools and monitor business results to determine the success of interventions and to design new interventions.

  • Compile and submit organisational development scorecards, monthly reports, and other related metrics as required.

  • Keep abreast of trends, legislation,and best practices within the organisational development field to optimise service delivery.

  • Builds leadership bench strength for Momentum Metropolitan Holdings,by providing opportunities and experiences to develop skills,competencies, and business knowledge.

  • Administer, interpret, integrate and report on assessments.

  • Facilitation of engagements and interventions with individuals or groups that assist them in accomplishing their goals and business outcomes.
