About the Role

Mind Legacies is looking for someone who enjoys designing systems, improving organizations, and turning ideas into scalable operational frameworks.

This role works directly with the President to transform strategy into practical organizational systems.

Rather than executing daily operations, the Organizational Architecture Associate helps design how the organization itself functions.

This is an ideal opportunity for postgraduate or final-year students who enjoy systems thinking, organizational design, governance, business analysis, or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing organizational systems.
• Improve operational workflows.
• Develop governance frameworks.
• Create operational documentation.
• Design scalable internal processes.
• Improve reporting systems.
• Support development of organizational policies.
• Help refine the Mind Legacies Operating System.
• Research organizational best practices.
• Recommend process improvements.
