SUMMARY: A leading hospitality group is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded OTA Administrator to support the online distribution and revenue strategy across a portfolio of properties.
This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Group Revenue Manager and offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with OTA, reservations, or revenue administration experience who is eager to grow within the hospitality revenue management field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online travel agency platforms, maintaining accurate rates and availability, monitoring channel performance, and supporting revenue growth through effective distribution management.
POSITION INFO: REQUIREMENT: - RSA ID and legal residence essential - Previous experience in OTA Administration, Reservations, Revenue Management, E-Commerce, or Hospitality Distribution - Good understanding of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, and similar channels - Strong administrative and organisational skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills - Ability to analyse data and identify trends - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Commercially minded with a strong interest in revenue management - Hospitality qualification advantageous - Experience with channel managers and PMS systems advantageous - Willingness to learn and develop within a revenue-focused environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and maintain OTA platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, and other distribution partners - Ensure rates, inventory, restrictions, and availability are accurately loaded across all channels - Monitor rate parity and identify discrepancies across booking platforms - Assist with promotional campaigns, special offers, and OTA visibility programmes - Support the Revenue Manager in implementing pricing and distribution strategies - Maintain accurate property information, descriptions, images, and content across all online channels - Monitor OTA rankings, visibility, and performance metrics - Compile daily, weekly, and monthly OTA production and performance reports - Analyse occupancy trends, revenue contribution, and booking patterns - Assist with competitor analysis and market research - Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimise performance and revenue generation PACKAGE: - Approximately R25,000 CTC per month (Negotiable DOE) - Provident Fund contribution included as part of the package - Medical Aid option available within the CTC structure - Excellent growth opportunity within a hospitality revenue management environment LOCATION: Bryanston, Gauteng or Cape Town, Western Cape
