Job description
We are looking for energetic, motivated, and target-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, promoting products and services, identifying customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 months call centre sales experience
- Previous telesales experience will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident and persuasive communication style
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Matric certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain product benefits, features, pricing, and terms accurately.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Effectively close sales and achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Capture customer information accurately on the relevant systems.
- Follow the approved sales script and sales process.
- Ensure all sales are processed accurately and compliantly.
- Maintain accurate call dispositions and customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Attend training, coaching, and team meetings as required.
