OUTBOUND SALES AGENTS WANTED – LOCAL CAMPAIGN

Empire Contact Centre is looking for experienced Outbound Sales Agents to join our in-house Local Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to internal sales processes and procedures.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in the customer’s best interests.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of call centre experience.
Previous outbound sales experience will be advantageous.
Computer literate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Self-motivated, confident and target-driven.
