UK PCP SALES AGENTS WANTED

Empire Contact Centre is looking for experienced UK PCP Sales Agents to join our team in Mount Edgecombe, Durban.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to UK clients regarding the relevant product.
Use product knowledge and effective sales techniques to identify customer needs and generate sales.
Clearly and professionally communicate product information to clients.
Follow up with potential customers when required.
Adhere to company sales processes, procedures and compliance requirements.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout all interactions.

Requirements

Previous UK PCP sales experience is essential.
Minimum 1 year of call centre sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate.
Confident and target-driven.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
