Job description
WE’RE HIRING – OUTBOUND CLIENT QUALIFICATION AGENTS
African Debt Structure is expanding and looking for confident, energetic individuals to join our client acquisition team.
This position focuses on making initial contact with prospective clients, gathering the correct information and determining whether they may qualify for further assistance.
You will be responsible for introducing African Debt Structure, asking relevant questions, capturing accurate client information and referring suitable prospects to the next stage of the process.
This is NOT a closing position. Your focus will be on quality conversations, accurate information and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Introduce African Debt Structure and its services
- Ask qualifying questions to understand the client’s situation
- Capture client information accurately
- Identify suitable prospects for further assistance
- Refer qualified prospects to the relevant sales team
- Maintain accurate call and client records
- Work towards daily contact and qualification targets
- Follow company procedures and call guidelines
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach during all client interactions
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Previous call centre, outbound calling or sales experience is advantageous
- Debt review experience will be beneficial
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Comfortable working with daily targets
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well within a team
- Fluent in English; additional South African languages will be advantageous

Remuneration:
Basic Salary + Commission + Daily Incentives
