Job description

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Field Sales Team Leader to lead, coach and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate must have strong direct sales experience, proven leadership ability, KPI and pipeline management skills, and a passion for achieving results.

Requirements: 3+ years sales experience, at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role, own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
