Outbound Property Sales Representative

Base Pay: $2,000/month

Commission: $250–$635 per qualified deal introduction that converts

What This Role Actually Is

You're the sourcing filter for a serious property operation.

We run a UK property business that sources and operates property across multiple strategies - We currently operate 42+ units, and we're scaling.

Right now, we're excellent at operating. We're acceptable at sourcing. That needs to change.

Your job is simple: Call estate agents, landlords, and local councils. Qualify real opportunity. When you find someone with genuine potential, pass them to us, we take it from there

You're not closing deals. You're opening doors and recognising which ones are worth walking through.

What You'll Be Doing

• Systematic outreach to estate agents, landlords, and councils across the UK
• Building a pipeline of properties
• Qualifying real interest vs noise (you'll know the difference fast)
• Introducing warm leads directly to me
• Tracking outreach, responses, and deal status
• Following up on cold leads that aren't ready yet (patience + rhythm)
• Building relationships that compound over time

Who This Is For

You're likely a strong fit if you:

• Can handle rejection without breaking rhythm (calls get hung up on, you dial the next one)
• Have professional commercial experience (sales, business development, or similar)
• Speak naturally and don't sound like a robot reading a script

• Are calm under pressure and take direction without needing your hand held
• Want to make real money - the commission upside genuinely appeals to you
• Are willing to learn UK business culture and terminology quickly

The Money (Real Talk)

Base: $2,000/month

Commission: $250–$635 per deal that you introduce and that converts. This is where you make real money.

Timeline to earnings: Month 1–2, you're learning the rhythm. By month 3, deal flow should be coming. By month 4–6, you should be running at $3,165–$5,080/month in total earnings if you're excellent.

How This Works Operationally

Your workflow:

• Research estate agents, landlords, councils in target areas
• Make calls with a simple, direct script (we provide this)
• Qualify genuine interest
• Pass warm leads to me via a simple tracker
• I take the conversation from there
• You get credited with the introduction, tracked for commission

What Success Looks Like

Month 1:

• You're comfortable with the script
• You're making 60+calls/day
• You understand the difference between real interest and politeness

Month 3:

• You're landing 5 qualified leads per day consistently
• Deals are moving through the pipeline
• You're earning real commission

Month 6:

• You're the sourcing infrastructure of the operation
• Deal flow is predictable and growing
• You're earning $3,165–$5,080+/month
• We're talking about expanding your role
