allForce Outbound Solutions | Cape Town
We are hiring a UK Sales Agent to contact prospective customers, understand their needs and convert suitable opportunities into sales. The role requires recent call centre experience, UK sales exposure and confidence making outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK market and explain the relevant products or services clearly.
Ask questions to understand customer needs, present suitable options and respond professionally to objections.
Generate and follow up on sales leads, maintain accurate records of calls and customer outcomes, and complete required administration.
Work towards agreed activity, quality and sales targets while following company procedures and applicable customer contact requirements.
Provide a positive customer experience and escalate issues that require support.
Minimum requirements
Grade 11 or Matric.
6 to 12 months of previous BPO or call centre experience.
Previous UK sales experience.
Outbound calling experience is essential.
Advantageous experience
Previous lead generation experience.
