Outbound Sales Agent

About the Role

We are looking for confident, target-driven and customer-focused UK Sales Agents to join our growing contact-centre team in Cape Town.

The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with UK customers, identifying their needs, presenting suitable products or services, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to UK customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
• Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow approved sales processes, scripts and compliance requirements.
• Accurately capture customer information on the relevant systems.
• Maintain high-quality call standards and meet quality assurance requirements.
• Follow up on sales opportunities where required.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and other departments to achieve campaign targets.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• At least 6–12 months UK sales or UK contact-centre experience.
• Previous outbound sales experience will be advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Strong sales, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable working on multiple systems.
• Able to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Clear criminal record.
• South African ID.
