Outbound Sales Agent

Location: Foreshore, Cape Town

Hours: Full-time | UK working hours

Office-based only (no remote or hybrid)

Salary: R15000 per month (dependent on experience)

GOTO Group is looking for a confident and customer-focused Outbound Sales Agent to join our growing team in Cape Town.

The Role

As a Outbound Sales Agent, you'll speak with prospective clients, understand their requirements and provide accurate quotations. You'll manage your own pipeline of enquiries, follow up on outstanding opportunities and work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth handover once a client is ready to proceed.

This is a fast-paced role where building relationships, staying organised and providing a great customer experience are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new enquiries by phone, email and online channels.
• Speak with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
• Prepare and explain accurate quotations.
• Build rapport and guide clients through the enquiry process.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and sales opportunities.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Escalate complex queries when required.
• Work closely with the administration team to ensure a smooth client journey.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is motivated by achieving results.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre environment.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Confidence building relationships with customers.
• Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple enquiries at once.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience within the property or legal sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

Working Hours

This position is based in our Foreshore, Cape Town office and follows UK business hours.

This is a fully office-based role. We do not offer remote or hybrid working for this position.

Pay: Up to R15 000,00 per month
