Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Champion Sales: Drive the team forward by hitting and exceeding our Appointment Booking KPI's in a fast paced sales environment.
• Excel in Communication: Efficiently handle a high volume of cold leads, expertly promoting our mortgage broker growth strategies and facilitating qualified attended appointments.
• Lead Conversion: Employ effective follow-up strategies to convert leads into successful deals, contributing to the continuous success of our outbound team.
• CRM Expertise: Utilize CRM tools to optimize customer relationship management and streamline sales processes.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven phone sales experience in B2B, B2C outbound, or inside sales.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong phone presence.
• A competitive spirit and a drive to excel.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency. We LOVE Slack!
• A commitment to meeting and exceeding KPIs.

Earnings Potential:

If you're Average: Earn up to R45,000/mo.

If you're Good: Reach up to R70,000/mo.

If you're Great: Achieve R90,000+/mo.

*IMPORTANT* All earnings for the first 30 days are commission and bonus based only. Your drive and sales performance will directly influence your total compensation. During the first 30 days you will be on a contractor agreement which we use as the foundation of our ramp-up period in which we focus on training you to be successful in the role. Based on your performance during this first 30 days we offer our best candidates full-time employment which includes salary, employment benefits as well as commission and bonuses.

• Team Lead - Continue to thrive as a Outbound SDR and also lead a pod of other Outbound SDRs.
• Sales Manager - Lead a whole team of Outbound SDRs, innovate the process, and hit team KPIs.
• Closer - Close the appointments which you would be setting in this role.
