Are you highly-motivated, target-driven and ready to rewarded for your success? Apply to join the Search360 team as an Outbound Sales Agent.
Recently launched, in this role you will be contacting highly qualified prospects throughout South Africa with a comprehensive and unique financial services offer. Although it is a target-driven environment, you will be expected to be ethical, respectful, engaging and knowledgable. This is not a high-volume, low success rate operation.
Only experienced agents with a proven track-record will be considerd for this opportunity. You will be expected to operate independently and effectively. We are partnered with a leading national financial services institution and expect Search360 to grow substantially, offering a rare opportunity for rapid career growth for the right candidate.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2 year minimum outbound sales experience in a call centre environment (preference to financial services, loans and financial education)
- Matric certificate
- Clear criminal record
- Contactable references
- Proven sales excellence
- Strong communication skills
Salary will contain a basic of R7.5-10k / month + uncapped commission. Basic salary is negotiable for proven high-level performers. Preference will be given to immediately available candidates or short notice periods.
