Outbound Sales Consultant (Insurance Leads Provided – No Cold Calling)

Are you confident on the phone, enjoy working with people, and motivated by achieving results? We’re looking for Outbound Sales Consultants to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
Understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions
Building rapport and guiding conversations with confidence
Working towards daily and monthly targets

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Clear criminal record
Sales experience is advantageous but not essential
Basic computer skills
Good attention to detail and accountability

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 18:00
