OVERVIEW

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Outbound Sales Representative. Our client is a well-established US-based company operating in the credit card processing industry, serving businesses across the United States. This is a fully remote, outbound sales role focused on prospecting new business clients and converting them onto the company's payment processing services. The successful candidate will work directly with US-based sales leadership and will be required to align their working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based businesses to introduce and sell credit card processing solutions
• Identify decisionmakers, open conversations, and move prospects through the sales pipeline with a clear and consultative approach the quality of the client interaction system approaches
• Handle objections confidently and professionally, maintaining persistence without compromising
• Accurately capture call notes, prospect details, and pipeline updates in the company's CRM
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and conversion targets as set by sales leadership
• Follow up consistently with prospects who require additional touchpoints before making a decision
• Collaborate with the broader sales team across time zones to share insights and refine outreach

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12) as a minimum qualification; a National Diploma or relevant NQF Level 6 qualification is advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of proven outbound sales or tele sales experience, with a track record of hitting targets a US client base
• Demonstrated ability to cold call, handle objections, and close deals over the phone
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear and professional telephone manner suitable for
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Availability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours on a fully remote basis

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience selling financial, payment, or technology-related services to business clients
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Experience working with international clients or in a cross-border remote sales environment
• Exposure to B2B sales environments where the decision-maker cycle involves multiple touchpoints
