Outbound B2B Telesales Professional – Financial Planning & Mortgage Services
Basic Salary: R22,000 per month
OTE: R27,000 per month
Holiday: 28 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays
Location: Home-based or serviced office

ADNFC Financial Consultants is a national financial planning and mortgage firm providing advice to clients across the UK. Our services include investments, pensions, protection, tax planning and mortgage advice.
We are now looking to recruit a resilient, motivated and professional Outbound B2B Telesales Professional to help us build relationships with potential introducers and referral partners.
The role will involve contacting professional firms across the UK, including accountants, solicitors, estate agents, chartered tax advisers and recruitment agencies, to introduce our services and explain how we can support their clients.
This is a proactive outbound sales role and will suit someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable making cold calls, and experienced in working to KPIs and targets.
The Role
You will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to potential introducers, explaining who we are, what we do, and how our financial planning and mortgage services can add value to their clients.
You will need to quickly understand our company, our services and our client proposition, and be able to communicate this clearly and professionally to potential referral partners.
Full training will be provided, but we are looking for someone who already has a strong sales mindset, a positive attitude and the resilience needed to succeed in an outbound calling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound B2B calls to professional introducers across the UK.
Introducing ADNFC Financial Consultants and our range of services.
Building interest with accountants, solicitors, estate agents, chartered tax advisers, recruitment agencies and other professional firms.
Identifying potential referral opportunities and building long-term introducer relationships.
Working to agreed call targets, KPIs and activity levels.
Recording conversations, outcomes and follow-up actions accurately.
Learning and understanding our financial planning and mortgage services so you can explain them confidently.
Representing the firm in a professional, positive and credible manner.
What We Are Looking For
Previous outbound telesales, B2B sales or appointment-setting experience.
Confidence making cold calls and speaking to professional firms.
A resilient nature and the ability to handle rejection positively.
Experience working to KPIs, call targets and sales objectives.
Comfortable being on the phone for a large part of the working day.
A positive, professional and motivated attitude.
Clear and professional spoken communication, suitable for speaking with UK-based businesses.
Ability to understand our services and explain them clearly to potential referral partners.
Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
A genuine sales mindset and desire to succeed.
A suitable working environment, with excellent internet connection and the ability to work professionally from home.
Working Location
This role can be home-based, provided you have excellent internet, a quiet and professional working environment, and the ability to make calls throughout the day without interruption.
Where a home-working environment is not suitable, the role can be based from a serviced office local to where you live.
What We Offer
Basic salary of R22,000 per month.
Realistic on-target earnings of R27,000 per month.
28 days annual leave per year, plus 8 UK bank holidays.
