The Role:
Are you an experienced outbound sales professional looking for a flexible opportunity with uncapped earning potential? We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to prospects to generate interest and drive sales, utilising high-quality leads we supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and generate interest in our services.
- Navigate past gatekeepers to reach decision-makers and confidently handle objections.
- Maintain clear records of your calls, outreach progress, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound B2B/B2C sales.
- Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong, results-driven mindset and the resilience to handle rejection.
- A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace for making calls.
