Outbound Sales Representative – Remote International Clients

Retail Assistants is building a talent pool of confident South African outbound sales professionals for remote opportunities with international businesses.

We are looking for people who are genuinely comfortable making outbound calls, speaking to prospective customers, introducing a business or service, qualifying interest and generating sales opportunities.

This is suited to someone who enjoys speaking to people and is not afraid of picking up the phone.

What you may be doing:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses
• Introducing products or services professionally
• Starting conversations with new prospects
• Qualifying leads
• Identifying potential customer needs
• Booking appointments or demonstrations
• Following up with interested prospects
• Updating CRM records and call notes
• Working toward agreed activity and performance targets

We're particularly interested in people with experience in:

• Outbound sales
• Cold calling
• Telesales
• Lead generation
• Appointment setting
• Business development
• Call centres with an outbound sales focus

You should have strong spoken English, confidence on the phone, good listening skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Previous experience selling to UK, UAE, US or other international customers would be advantageous, but is not essential.

As these opportunities may support international clients, candidates must be open to working hours that align with the client's market.

Remote work requirements: Reliable computer/laptop, stable internet connection and a suitable environment for professional calls.
