Team Leader – Outbound Tracker Campaign
Are you a hands-on leader with proven success in managing high-performing outbound sales teams? We are hiring a dynamic Team Leader to drive performance and accountability on a new funeral cover campaign based in Parktown. Lead with purpose, support your agents, and make a measurable impact in a campaign that matters.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead from the front – Motivate, coach and manage a team of outbound agents to consistently achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor and improve – Track KPIs, listen to calls, and implement performance improvement plans where needed.
- Coach for excellence – Provide side-by-side coaching, roleplays, and daily feedback to upskill agents and enhance client experience.
- Support the mission – Align your team with the campaign’s values of dignity, compassion, and community upliftment.
Non-Negotiable: What You Need to Have
- Minimum 2 yrs experience as a Team Leader or Sales Supervisor in an outbound BPO call centre.
- Prior experience leading a Tracking or Insurance sales team.
- Strong track record of achieving team KPIs and driving performance.
- Matric (Grade 12) is required.
- Clear understanding of FAIS, benefit structures, compliance and quality control.
