Junk Removal Marketplace Platform | Haulwerk (Haul)

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Pay: $4–$8 per hour

About the Company:

Haul (built by Haulwerk) is a demand-side marketplace platform for the junk hauling and junk removal industry — described internally as “Uber for junk hauling.” The platform connects licensed and insured junk removal service providers with job opportunities sourced from demand partners such as self-storage operators, property managers, and construction and debris removal companies.

About the Role:

Haul is hiring an Outbound SDR to grow the supply side of the platform by contacting, and signing up junk hauling and junk removal companies as service providers. This is an outbound, high-volume prospecting role combining cold calling, social media outreach, and CRM/lead tracking. You will work from a provided cold-call script and an internal prospecting tool to move junk hauling companies from first contact through account creation on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to junk hauling and junk removal companies using a provided script, introducing the Haul platform and the opportunity to pick up additional jobs.
Use Haul's internal prospecting portal — a map-based tool that surfaces junk hauling companies by market — to identify new prospects in target markets (currently Los Angeles/Southern California and Miami/Southeast Florida).
Log and update lead status in the prospecting tool/CRM (e.g., contacted, saved, qualified, not a fit), including notes, contact details, and follow-up dates.

What We're Looking For:

Comfort and confidence making outbound cold calls to small business owners.
Experience keeping accurate, up-to-date records in a CRM or lead-tracking tool.
Comfort messaging and following up with prospects over Instagram and Facebook.
Reliable availability for a full-time, 40 hour/week schedule.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $4–$8 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
