Telesales Rep (B2B) — UK Market

Due to continued growth, we're expanding our telesales team and looking for a driven, coachable rep to join us.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Telesales Representative to represent one of our UK clients, get prospects on the phone, and build a pipeline that matters. You'll be calling into the UK market, so a confident, professional phone manner is essential — and you'll need the drive to keep pushing through a "no" to get to the next "yes."

Previous experience helps, but attitude is what gets you hired here. We'll back you with proper training, real coaching, and a floor full of people who want to see you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound B2B cold calls to generate leads and build the sales pipeline
• Engaging prospects with confidence and handling objections on the fly
• Booking qualified meetings using a structured, repeatable calling approach
• Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of activity and prospects in the CRM
• Owning your own time and call volume to consistently hit daily and weekly targets
• Soaking up coaching and continuously sharpening your pitch

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of sales experience, B2B preferred
• A track record in lead generation or sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence on the phone and comfort handling objections
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
