Outbound & Inbound Sales Agents (Point of Sale Device)
Project Type: New National Sales Campaign
Industry: Sales & Retail Technology (Point of Sale Devices)
We are recruiting high‑performing outbound Sales Agents for an exciting new project. Sales Agent will be responsible for selling a Point of Sale (POS) device to small businesses, retailers, and entrepreneurs.
This role requires confident, experienced sales professionals who can close deals, manage leads, and deliver excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
- Marketing or Sales Diploma – Advantageous
- 2–18 months Outbound Sales Experience – Essential
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and customer‑handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Experience selling POS devices, or technical devices
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote the Point of Sale device to new and existing customers
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Handle inbound queries (Technical troubleshooting)
- Manage bookings, follow‑ups, and customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Represent the brand with professionalism and excellent customer service
