OUTBOUND TELESALES CONSULTANT – FUNERAL INSURANCE

Warm Lead Conversion | Fourways, Johannesburg | Full-Time

JAVA LEGACY FUNERALS (PTY) LTD

Java Legacy Funerals is seeking a HIGHLY MOTIVATED, EXPERIENCED AND RESULTS-DRIVEN SALES CLOSER to convert company-generated warm leads into completed applications and paid funeral insurance policies.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROVEN SALES CLOSER, NOT JUST A CALL-CENTRE AGENT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact and convert company-generated warm leads into sales.
Present funeral insurance products confidently and professionally.
Handle objections, negotiate and close sales effectively.
Complete accurate policy applications and obtain supporting documents.
Maintain consistent client follow-ups and accurate CRM records.
Follow through until the first qualifying premium is paid.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 (Matric).
Minimum 2 years' outbound telesales or direct sales experience.
PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Confident, resilient and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Strong closing ability and professional telephone etiquette.
Computer literacy and CRM experience.
Reliable, punctual, disciplined and target-driven.
Funeral insurance or financial services sales experience is HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS.
Successful reference and relevant pre-employment checks.

SUCCESS IS MEASURED BY PAID SALES CONVERSIONS, NOT JUST CALL VOLUME.
