Role Description:

Location: Meyerton (Midvaal)

Salary: R30,000 (Subject to experience).

Benefits: Medical aid, travel to work and retirement annuity benefit included

Business hours: 09:00-17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00.

Working days: Monday-Friday.

This is an office-based role, reporting to the Head of Client Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering new business opportunities for NOS Global through targeted telemarketing and business development activity. You will have full responsibility for identifying, engaging, and developing prospective clients, from initial cold outreach through to qualification and appointment setting. You will develop a strong understanding of NOS Global’s services and value proposition, ensuring that our solutions are positioned effectively to meet the needs of prospective clients.

You will build strong relationships with key contacts, decision-makers, and influencers within target organisations, acting as a professional and knowledgeable representative of NOS Global while adhering to our values and operating procedures.

Key Responsbilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for NOS Global through proactive cold calling and targeted outreach.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders within prospective organisations.
• Qualify leads and secure high-quality appointments and opportunities for the Head of Client Partnership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of NOS Global’s services and effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Research target markets, sectors, and organisations to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring all activity is recorded in the CRM.
• Work closely with the Head of Client Partnership to develop and execute business development strategies.
• Consistently achieve agreed activity, lead generation, appointment-setting, and new business targets.
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports on business development activity and pipeline performance.
• Ensure all activity is carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Ideal Experience:

• Outbound or Inbound Telesales experience is a must.
• Experience in the UK market is essential.
• Understanding of B2B sales or client management is advantageous, however, not a must.
• Experience in the UK market is essential.
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate is advantageous, however, not a must.
• Experience of managing SLAs / KPIs.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience using MS Office suite - particularly Outlook.
