Job description
Job Overview:
this role is responsible for full-cycle warehouse operation work, including cross-border dropshipping order fulfillment, official Takealot warehouse delivery & inbound processing, inventory shelving, order picking & packing, outbound shipping, as well as return processing and relabeling work. The incumbent shall ensure accurate, efficient and compliant warehouse daily operations, meet Takealot platform operational standards and customer delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Complete incoming goods inspection, sorting and shelving according to warehouse SOP; update inventory information in WMS system timely and accurately; ensure neat stock placement, clear classification and consistent system & physical inventory.
2.Responsible for daily cross-border e-commerce dropshipping order processing, including order checking, accurate picking, standard packing, label pasting and outbound delivery; strictly control delivery accuracy and timeliness to ensure on-time order dispatch.
3.Fully responsible for Takealot platform warehouse delivery business, including pre-shipment goods sorting, compliance inspection, platform standard packaging & labeling, delivery arrangement and docking with Takealot official warehouse; complete inbound registration and document confirmation, ensure goods are successfully admitted to Takealot warehouse and meet platform entry rules.
4.Handle customer returned goods receiving, inspection, sorting and quality judgment; complete returned goods cleaning, relabeling, repackaging and secondary warehousing for resalable products; record return data systematically and sort out abnormal goods regularly.
5.Maintain warehouse tidiness, classify and place goods in order; cooperate with regular inventory checks, sort out inventory differences and report to supervisor in a timely manner; strictly implement warehouse safety operation specifications.
Job Requirements:
1.ust have relevant working experience: with practical working experience in overseas warehouse dropshipping operation or Takealot platform warehouse delivery & fulfillment operation; familiar with Takealot warehousing admission standards and cross-border dropshipping operation processes is mandatory.
2.Matric certificate or equivalent; basic English listening, speaking and reading ability, able to understand operation guidelines and platform rules; proficient in using handheld scanning equipment and simple warehouse system operation.
3.Able to adapt to warehouse shift work and physical warehouse work; careful, responsible and efficient in work, with strong error-control awareness; good execution and team cooperation ability, able to complete daily operation tasks on time; familiar with South Africa local warehouse operation priority.
Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
