Job description
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing agency. In this role, you'll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns for a variety of home service businesses across the United States.
This is more than just a media buying position. You'll help build high-converting marketing systems by managing paid advertising, landing pages, CRM automations, tracking, and campaign optimization from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations
- Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and video scripts
- Build landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, or GoHighLevel
- Connect landing pages and forms to our CRM
- Set up Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and event tracking
- Create and manage automations inside GoHighLevel
- Test new creatives, offers, audiences, and campaign structures
- Collaborate with our design and video team to launch new campaigns
- Analyze campaign data and make data-driven recommendations
- Troubleshoot marketing, tracking, and CRM issues
- Provide weekly campaign performance reports and insights
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining strong performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for an agency or multiple client accounts
- Experience managing at least $25,000 to $50,000+ per month in advertising spend
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Familiar with Google Ads
- Experience building landing pages
- Comfortable using WordPress, Elementor, or GoHighLevel
- Proven experience generating leads for service-based businesses
- Strong understanding of campaign testing, scaling, and optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to continuously learn and improve
Bonus Skills
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Google Analytics (GA4) experience
- CRM automation experience
- Experience managing $100,000+ monthly ad spend
- Google Search Ads and Local Services Ads experience
- Experience working with home service businesses such as construction, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, or landscaping
- Experience with CallRail, Hyros, Triple Whale, or similar attribution tools
- Experience using Zapier or Make.com
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Basic graphic design experience
- Basic video editing experience
- Experience creating lead generation funnels and offers
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
