Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads, Meta & TikTok)

Location: Cape Town (Hybrid/Remote considered)

Type: Full-Time

✅ Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

NSPYRE is a boutique performance marketing consultancy specialising in Paid Media and SEO. We're a Google Partner agency that works with ambitious brands across eCommerce, retail and lead generation.

We're small enough that every team member has real ownership, but experienced enough to manage significant media budgets and deliver enterprise-level strategy.

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who loves performance marketing, enjoys solving complex challenges and can confidently manage campaigns across multiple platforms.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day management, optimisation and growth of client campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and, ideally, TikTok Ads.

This is not an entry-level optimisation role. We're looking for someone who understands performance marketing strategy, can analyse data independently and confidently make recommendations that improve client outcomes.

You'll work closely with our Client Lead while taking ownership of campaign performance across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display and YouTube.
  • Build, manage and optimise Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage TikTok campaigns (preferred).
  • Develop testing roadmaps for creative, audiences and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Produce clear, insightful monthly reports.
  • Work with tracking, attribution and conversion measurement.
  • Assist with account audits and new business opportunities where required.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and identify opportunities to improve client performance.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' Paid Media experience
  • Agency experience is non-negotiable
  • Advanced Google Ads experience
  • Strong Meta Ads experience
  • TikTok Ads experience preferred
  • GA4 experience
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently
