We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing events and experiences company that creates unforgettable live events, festivals, concerts, cultural experiences, and brand activations across multiple consumer brands.
Paid social sits at the heart of their growth strategy, helping drive ticket sales, customer acquisition, and revenue across their portfolio. As investment in paid social continues to increase, they're looking for a Paid Social Executive to take ownership of TikTok advertising and help scale performance across the business.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands TikTok as a serious performance channel โ not simply a social platform โ and enjoys combining data, creative testing, and audience strategy to drive commercial results.
๐ฏ The Opportunity
TikTok has become one of the most important customer acquisition channels across the company's portfolio.
In this role, you'll become the internal TikTok specialist, owning campaign performance from strategy through execution. You'll manage budgets, analyse performance, test creative concepts, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while scaling ticket sales and revenue.
Approximately 75% of your time will be focused on TikTok advertising, with the remaining 25% supporting Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
This role would suit someone who loves being inside ad platforms, thrives on testing and optimisation, and enjoys uncovering the small performance improvements that compound into significant growth.
You'll work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives while continually identifying new opportunities to improve acquisition performance.
๐ ๏ธ What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of paid social performance across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns are delivering strong commercial outcomes while continuously testing and improving results.
TikTok Advertising
- Own the planning, setup, management, and optimisation of TikTok advertising campaigns across multiple brands.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximise ticket sales and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive optimisation decisions based on performance data.
- Build structured testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, messaging, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop, test, and iterate advertising creative.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and emerging opportunities within TikTok Ads Manager.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Meta Advertising Support
- Support the setup and optimisation of Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist with campaign structure, audience development, and creative testing initiatives.
- Help ensure TikTok and Meta activity remains aligned across messaging, targeting, and commercial objectives.
- Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve results.
Performance Analysis & Growth
- Analyse campaign performance across key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify scaling opportunities and help maximise customer acquisition efficiency across the portfolio.
- Contribute new testing ideas and performance initiatives that support continued growth.
๐ง What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2โ3+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Have a proven track record of driving measurable performance outcomes through TikTok Ads Manager.
- Possess a strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, attribution, and audience strategy.
- Be comfortable managing advertising budgets and making independent optimisation decisions.
- Have experience testing, scaling, and improving creative performance on TikTok.
- Have working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign structures.
- Be highly analytical and comfortable turning performance data into actionable insights.
- Be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Be available and responsive during UK business hours.
- Take ownership of performance and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.
