Job description

Join an established, well-run import and distribution company in Cape Town! We're looking for a detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper (flexible 7 days per month) to take ownership of our bookeeping — from debtors and creditors to bank reconciliations and stock control — using Sage Pastel (online).

This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across the full bookkeeping function, working closely with a small, supportive finance team. You'll gain exposure to VAT, PAYE, and UIF processes, month-end reporting, and real business operations — ideal for someone looking to grow their bookkeeping career.

What we're looking for:

✔ Working knowledge of Sage Pastel

✔ Understanding of debtors, creditors & bank recs

✔ Accurate, organised, and reliable

✔ Available to start immediately

Salary: R5,000 – R8,000 per month (based on experience)
