The Recipe for Success: Role Summary Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Retail Sales Associate , where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their product selection and converting opportunities to achieve store sales targets.
• Deal with queries and complaints, implementing the most suitable resolution that leaves the consumer satisfied.
• Actively promote products using company sales techniques, including advising customers on product suitability and their care & use.
• Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently following the correct till procedures and ensuring the safe and accurate storage of monies.
• Assist with implementing shop merchandising and layout to maximise sales, customer satisfaction, appearance.
• Participate as directed in stocktaking, ensuring that all counts and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with the store manager with regards to awareness of current and future sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of product knowledge by reading up on products, attending training courses as directed.
• Assist as directed in receiving and sorting stock deliveries ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed correctly.
• Ensure all health & safety and security procedures are followed according to Company and Centre Management Policy.

The Perfect Blend What We’re Looking For

• Experience of working in a retail environment, or within a service role
• Basic Numeracy and literacy qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Selling skills
• Interest in cooking
