Job Advert Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Parts Administrator to join our Toyota Team in Somerset West. The Parts Administrator will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery to meet the needs of our customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment..

Minimum Requirements
- Min 2 years’ experience in administrative field (Motor industry experience advantageous)
- Previous experience in parts administration, inventory management, or a related field
- Proficient computer skills, including Evolve software
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of parts and supplies
- Placing all orders in Importer system in behlaf of sales personnel
- Process all creditor/supplier invoices on DMS
- Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and quality
- Work closely with internal departments to fulfill parts requests
- Maintain outstanding order listing and reconcile backorders
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders
- Maintain organised and efficient storage of parts inventory
- Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation as needed
