Job description
Are you an experienced Parts Controller with a passion for inventory management and warehouse operations in the earthmoving, construction equipment or heavy truck industry?
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of spare parts that keep our operations running.
Key Requirements:
3–5 years' experience in a Parts Controller, Inventory Controller or Warehouse role
Experience working with earthmoving equipment, heavy machinery or trucks (essential)
Strong inventory and stock control knowledge
Experience using ERP/inventory management systems
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and warehouse operations
- Receive, store and issue parts accurately
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Support workshop and field service teams with parts availability
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and compliance with company procedures
