Job Advert Summary
To control and manage the sales and inventory stock for the branch, while ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 certification
Higher Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supplychain/Sales will advantageous
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in earthmoving construction equipment
Ability to work under pressure handling high volumes of customer interface and administration.
Strong Sales, Inventory, Warehouse Training
Automotive & Earthmoving Industry background
Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
General computer skills (Ms Word, Excel etc.)
Able to be on standby duty when requested to from Management
Willingness to work overtime hours as needed
A high level of self-motivation and an ability to work without direct supervision
Duties and Responsibilities
Process parts requirements for both internal and external customers
Process includes quoting phase to issuing and invoicing
Assists in keeping stores department clean, orderly, and well stocked.
Administration of after sales parts including corresponding with customers
Follows up on parts shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Regional Manager
Ensure all administrative tasks are up to date
Create and manage sales back orders & provide customers with feedback on order status
Liaise and follow sales backorder with inventory team
Build and maintain cash and credit sales
Manage inventory stock at the branch
Comply to company rules and regulations, in terms of SHERQ and business processes
Take ownership of total sales and inventory management at branch level
Supplies Field Service Technicians with parts as required
Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipment and courier
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories within parts department.
In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stores
