Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive parts sector.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our parts inventory, including features and benefits.
• Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for parts sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and potential product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive parts industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using sales software and tools to manage orders and customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of automotive parts and their applications is required.
