About the Role
Parts 24 is looking for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, work well under pressure, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist counter and phone customers with automotive parts inquiries, pricing, and availability.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using computer sales systems.
• Work independently to solve customer problems and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock identification and organization.

Requirements

• EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on Parts Sales experience.
• PLEASE NOTE: Applications will NOT be considered without prior automotive parts sales experience. Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills required for processing orders and managing inventory lookup systems.
• Soft Skills: Energetic, self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work Ethic: Highly adaptable, able to work under pressure, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
