Assist customers in identifying the correct parts on SIS 2.0

Quote creatin and following up with the customer

Process parts orders, maintain them efficiently and effectively

Provide feedback to customers with their Backorder status

Planning and releasing Parts on CRM

SAO Knowledge (Must have)

Understanding HIS (Hydraulic Information System)

Creating Shopping cart and Quotations on our Online system (PCC)

Doing Standby

Qualification, Experience and Competencies
