Key Outputs
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts on SIS 2.0
- Quote creatin and following up with the customer
- Process parts orders, maintain them efficiently and effectively
- Provide feedback to customers with their Backorder status
- Planning and releasing Parts on CRM
- SAO Knowledge (Must have)
- Understanding HIS (Hydraulic Information System)
- Creating Shopping cart and Quotations on our Online system (PCC)
- Doing Standby
- Ability to work under pressure
- Cross Selling
- MS Office necessity
Qualification, Experience And Competencies
- Grade 12
- Telephone Etiquette
- Relationship building skills
- Very good business communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell the value
- Make use of reference material
- Attention to detail
- Passion for the brand
- Mechanical understanding
- Mechanical understanding
- Ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively
- Ability to provide options
- IMM qualification would be a recommendation
- Basic business and financial acumen.
