Job Title: Parts Technical Support Specialist Closing date: 22 July 2026

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist service technicians and customers by identifying and locating appropriate parts for various vehicle models.

· Offer technical advice on parts selection, compatibility, and installation procedures to avoid issues during servicing.

· Stay updated on new parts, supersessions, and obsolescence, ensuring the availability of current information to support teams.

· Address inquiries from customers and dealers regarding parts availability, specifications, and pricing.

· Resolve customer complaints related to parts quality or service and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

· Ensure all parts are documented accurately in inventory management systems, including serial numbers, prices, and quantities.

· Maintain records of orders, returns, and warranties in compliance with company and industry standards.

· Identify areas for improvement in the parts department and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related field

· 3+ years in parts, technical support preferably in the automotive industry

COMPETENCIES:

· Proficiency in automotive parts and technical knowledge of various vehicle systems (e.g., engine, transmission, electrical).

· Familiarity with parts management software
