Role Purpose The role is responsible to ensure exceptional customer service and on time assistance to all passengers and their baggage for arriving and departing customer airlines. Furthermore, the role requires assisting the passengers in relation with check in, boarding and mishandled baggage or delivery as per the departmental / Client airline's standard operating procedures. In addition, perform other related duties as directed by the immediate superior

What You Will Be Doing

• Receive passengers/ guests, attend to queries and concern, and provide guidance as required
• Ensure personal grooming and hygiene standards as per company's standard at all time
• Responsible to report workplace hazards, near misses, incidents to immediate supervisors and or station QHSE and security department
• Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma, Bachelors' degree preferable
• 1-3 years of similar experience
• Knowledge of airline and related systems and applications, including Departure Control System; Lounge & hospitality, food safety and standards
• Customer service orientation and punctuality
• Language Skills: Knowledge of oral and written English
