Job description
Prepare & Bake daily items, including plated desserts. Following of precise recipes and standards of the kitchen. Independent running of the pastry section and mise en place, and keeping workplace clean.
Inspect all baked goods and plated items for correct taste, texture and visual presentation before going out to guests.
Check stock levels and rotation of stock. Train,supervise junior kitchen staff and apprentices. Help maintain kitchen discipline.
Follow food safety amd sanitation and HACCP guidelines and protocols in the workplace environment.
Pay: R4 918,30 - R18 907,05 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paarl, Western Cape 7646: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Certificate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant , Hotel Industry : 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
