Job description

Payroll Administrator – 2 Years’ Experience

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ practical payroll experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing payroll processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end processing and management of multiple company payrolls using Sage Pastel Payroll & HR (Desktop).
Ability to calculate and verify payroll manually with accuracy.
Preparation and submission of EMP201 and EMP501 returns.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven payroll experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Practical knowledge of payroll legislation and reporting.
