Job description
The purpose of a People Accountant is to provide financial expertise and support to the People function by managing employee-related financial processes, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and Total Cost of Employment (TCE) analysis. The role ensures accurate financial information, alignment of financial policies and processes, compliance with governance requirements, and informed decision-making through collaboration with People, Finance, and other stakeholders.
