Job description
The People & Business Enablement (PBE) is a strategic business partner function focused on enabling organisational performance through people, culture and capability.
Partner with managers and employees to provide people advisory, workforce support and People & Business Enablement services within the business area, applying enterprise people frameworks and data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness, employee experience and business performance.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (required).
Experience:
- 5-8 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in People & Business Enablement / HR Advisory.
- Demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Experience across multidisciplinary HR/PBE practices.
- Experience supporting managers with workforce, employee and performance matters.
- Experience translating people frameworks and initiatives into practical business
