  • Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people solutions that improve colleague and operational outcomes.
  • Support performance and capability improvement activity, helping leaders build stronger, more effective teams.
  • Coach and support leaders to make confident people decisions and manage people challenges effectively.
  • Contribute to organisational effectiveness initiatives that improve ways of working, performance and leadership capability.
  • Use insight, experience and sound judgement to identify opportunities, risks and actions that support business improvement.
  • Support talent development within your area, helping leaders strengthen capability and build future-focused teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to create action plans that support performance, retention, attendance and people plan delivery.
  • Support people change and business improvement activity, ensuring solutions are practical, aligned and well delivered.
  • Build strong relationships, influence effectively and focus on delivering measurable outcomes for leaders, colleagues and the business.

You’re a relationship-led People Partner who can influence with confidence, solve problems practically and help leaders improve performance through clear, commercially aware people solutions.

At your core, you’re passionate about helping leaders achieve their goals by improving team performance, strengthening capability and supporting positive change. You bring strong communication, relationship-building, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and deliver results in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key measures of success will include leadership capability improvement, performance improvement, retention and attendance improvement, people plan delivery, leadership capability outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, People Partnering or a related People discipline.
  • Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance, capability and talent management.
  • Proven experience using insight and translating it into operational plans that improve business performance.
  • Experience influencing and coaching senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience supporting change and business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to connect people activity to business outcomes.
  • BPO, contact centre or multi-site experience would be advantageous.
