The Role

We're hiring a Performance Video Editor to join our team of in-house editors, turning cinematic footage into polished short-form ads for leading cosmetic dental practices. You'll cut footage shot by our own videographers into Reels and paid social creatives, working alongside our creative strategist, media buyer and content team on campaigns for some of the biggest names in UK dentistry.

This is a full-time, collaborative role - you'll be in our daily huddles, in the group chat throughout the day, and part of our creative retros. There's plenty of room to share ideas and shape the creative, but the core of the role is consistent, high-quality editing.

Responsibilities

• Editing short-form content into polished, high-performing ads and social creatives.
• Working closely with our creative team to align on campaign goals and feedback.
• Incorporating performance data (watch time, hook testing, drop-off points) into future iterations.
• Providing input on creative decisions during the post-production process to improve results.
• Managing multiple projects with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years editing short-form video content for social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of pacing, structure, and visual aesthetics.
• Clean, refined editing style - high-end aesthetic, polished finish - we’re not looking for chaotic, hyper-edited content.
• Able to follow briefs, hit deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams.
• Experience or familiarity with the dental or healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential.

• You’re helping build and manage a small internal editing team
